Legal Note

• Do not trade or commerce ilegally with cultural resources, given that this is punished by colombian laws, decrees and resolutions, specifically those that refer to heritage protection: Law 103 of 1991, Decree 904 of 1991, Law 397 of 1997, Decree 833 of 2002, Law 1185 of 2008.

• Do not trade or commerce with animal or vegetal wild species, given that this is punished by Law 17 of 1981 and by Ministerial Resolution No 1367 of 2000. Decree 1608 stablishes that it is forbidden to hunt, pet and/or transport any wild animals. Help preventing the illegal traffic of wilderness. Law 599 of 2000 of Colombian Penal Codex. Law 165 of 1994 UN Convention on biodiversity.

• Please be aware that the exploit, pornography and sexual tourism with children and adolescent is forbidden and punished by Law 1336 of 2009, which reinforces Law 679 of 2001.

• In fulfillment of Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, Quadrifolio takes full responsability for the management and adequate use of your personal information, and guarantees that these will be used only by the hotel, in order to accomplish our organization objectives.

We are also committed with the empowerment of our sociocultural attributes in compliance with the applicable legal requirements to prevent the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and maintaining the colonial architecture of the Historic Center of Cartagena. We will done this also ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of our customers within the framework of respect for the culture, a good working environment for our employees and the access to vendors with good standards of sustainability.
